BEIRUT May 03. 2024 (Saba) - The Zionist enemy forces bombed the town of Khiam in southern Lebanon with a number of artillery shells, continuing their escalation in the border areas.
The National News Agency also reported that Zionist artillery fired flares this morning over the border villages adjacent to the Blue Line, and reconnaissance aircraft flew over the villages of the western and central sectors, all the way to the outskirts of the city of Tyre. Zionist military aircraft also flew over the south this morning.
The agency indicated that the Zionist forces raided the towns of Aita al-Shaab and the outskirts of Al-Dahira in southern Lebanon yesterday evening, causing material damage to nearby property, crops and houses.
After midnight yesterday, the Zionist forces fired a number of heavy shells on the outskirts of the towns of Hanin, Aita al-Shaab and Ramiya.
The Zionist entity continues its escalation against the towns and villages of southern Lebanon, in conjunction with its brutal and continuous aggression against Gaza Strip since the seventh of last October, which resulted in martyrs and wounded among civilians, and forced hundreds of families to flee their houses.
