SANA'A April 29. 2024 (Saba) - The Capital's Mayor , Dr. Hammoud Abbad, inspected today, Monday, the implementation of asphalt works in Al-Nasr Bridge project - Al-Saila intersection with Al-Nasr Street.
Along with the Undersecretary of the Works Sector, Engineer Abdul Karim Ismail, the Assistant Undersecretary for the Services Sector, Abdullah Al-Houthi, and the Director of the Shuoub Directorate, Ahmed Al-Shutari, he reviewed the implementation of an asphalt layer for Al-Nasr Bridge in the suspended part, with a quantity of 500 tons, a length of 224 meters , a width of 15 meters, and the completion rate reached 94 percent in the project.
The Mayor of the Capital stressed on the contractor to intensify the work and quickly complete all service and improvement works for Al-Nasr Bridge in accordance with the engineering specifications and the specified period... praising the level of achievement and work carried out in this vital project.
He pointed out that the current stage includes the implementation of the liquid walls and the surface planning of the service roads around Al-Nasr Bridge, in addition to the restoration of the street extending from TV intersection to Aya Roundabout.
