GAZA December 17. 2023 (Saba) - The Palestinian telecommunications company “Jawwal” announced today, Sunday, the return of communications to the Gaza Strip after an interruption that lasted about four days.

Ma'an News Agency quoted the company in a press statement as saying: “We would like to announce the gradual return of communications services (fixed, cellular, and Internet) to work in the central and southern areas of the Gaza Strip.”

The company added, "Our crews were able to reach the main fault site and repair it after numerous attempts over the past days and intervention from the relevant international authorities, despite the obstacles and under extremely difficult and dangerous field conditions."

It continued: We point out that our crews are working hard according to the available capabilities to restore services in Gaza City and North Gaza.
