Tulkarm – Saba:
Israeli enemy forces significantly escalated their aggression in the Tulkarm governorate, occupied Palestine, on Friday.
The escalation involved extensive raids by Israeli forces on several towns in the eastern and northern regions of the governorate. These operations included raids, vandalism of homes, and arrests.
A large deployment of infantry units and heavy military vehicles, accompanied by bulldozers, was observed, according to the official Palestinian News Agency.
In eastern Tulkarm, the enemy forces stormed the town of Bal'a with a military bulldozer. They raided and searched homes, forcibly entering by breaking doors and intentionally destroying contents.
Several vehicles were also smashed, and their tires punctured. The raids were concentrated in the eastern and western neighborhoods, the town center, and the al-Ras area.
Local sources reported that Israeli enemy forces seized several homes in Bal'a, converting them into military barracks and deploying snipers inside and on their roofs.
Residents were forcibly evacuated under threat and barred from returning for a week. Additionally, citizen Nasr Nasouh was arrested after his home was raided.
The enemy forces also stormed the town of Anabta and Kafr Rumman suburb, deploying infantry units and vehicles in streets and neighborhoods, conducting sweeps, searches, and extensive patrols.
North of Tulkarm governorate, the enemy forces stormed the town of Attil with numerous military vehicles and infantry units. They raided many homes, vandalizing contents, seizing several, and converting them into military barracks after forcing residents to evacuate under threat and instructing them not to return for a week.
During the incursion into Attil, soldiers raided a number of shops, breaking down doors and destroying contents while firing sound bombs.
Local sources further reported that Israeli enemy bulldozers accompanying the vehicles blocked sections of the town's streets with earth mounds, bulldozed other streets, and destroyed infrastructure.
Israeli enemy forces also closed the road at Attil Triangle, the road connecting Attil and Allar to the north, and Attil-Zeita road with earth mounds, effectively isolating the town from its surroundings. Yousef Abu Tahoun, a displaced person from Tulkarm refugee camp, was arrested during this ongoing assault on Attil.
In a related development, the Israeli enemy forces closed the main entrance to the town of Deir al-Ghusun, north of Tulkarm, with earth mounds. The entrance to Wadi Masin, located between Deir al-Ghusun and Bal'a, was similarly closed, isolating it.
The enemy forces raided several homes in Deir al-Ghusun, searching and vandalizing contents, interrogating residents, and arresting Mahmoud Hamza Ghanem from his home.
Furthermore, the Israeli enemy forces continued their assault on the town of Zeita, north of Tulkarm, for the seventh consecutive day.
This included raiding and vandalizing homes, converting several into military barracks, and deploying infantry units, which obstructed civilian movement.
This incursion coincides with the ongoing assault on Tulkarm city and its two refugee camps, Tulkarm and Nur Shams, now in its 145th consecutive day, which has led to a siege, demolition of homes, widespread destruction of infrastructure and civilian property, and forced displacement.
