MOSCOW December 05. 2023 (Saba) - The Russian Ministry of Defense announced, Tuesday morning, that it had thwarted an attempt by the Kiev regime to launch an attack using 35 drones, 22 of which were destroyed and 13 others were intercepted over the Sea of Azov and the territory of the Republic of Crimea.

Sputnik news agency quoted the ministry as saying in a statement, “An attempt by the Kiev regime to launch a terrorist attack against targets on the territory of the Russian Federation, using drones, was thwarted tonight.”

The statement added: "Russian air defense systems destroyed 22 drones and 13 other drones were intercepted over the Sea of Azov and the territory of the Republic of Crimea."
