SANA'A November 30. 2023 (Saba): The General Women’s Cultural Authority in the governorates provided on Thursday a financial and in-kind convoy worth 40 million riyals. In support and support of the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance.
The convoy, which was delivered via Sam FM radio, included cash donations amounting to 25 million and 62 thousand riyals, 2,800 dollars, and 1,820 Saudi riyals, in addition to in-kind donations of jewelry. Among them are “580 grams of gold,” “200 grams of silver,” as well as a quantity of Kalashnikov ammunition and modifiers.
The convoy was delivered by the director of Sam FM Radio, Hammoud Muhammad Sharaf, to the Central Committee for Collecting Funds for the Palestinian Resistance, represented by the head of the Palestinian file, Hassan Al-Hamran, the representative of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Ahmed Baraka, and the representative of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Khaled Khalifa.
The director of "Sam FM" radio confirmed that this convoy, presented by the Women's Authority on the radio, comes within the support and assistance provided by the General Women's Cultural Authority to the Palestinian people, and in support of the people of Gaza and the valiant Palestinian resistance in the battle it has been waging against the usurping Zionist entity, since Last October 7th (Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood).
He pointed out that this convoy comes within the framework of the 20th phase of the popular spending campaign (Live to the Best of Yemen), which was launched by Sam FM radio, under the slogan “The land is our land and Al-Quds is our destination.
During the delivery of the convoy, the girls Nasra, Thabat and Raheel - the daughters of the martyr poet Taher Ali Al-Farah - donated an amount of one thousand riyals that had been in their father’s pocket since his martyrdom four years ago, as they wanted to provide it in support and assistance to the Palestinian resistance in the victorious Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood.
The Central Committee for Raising Funds for the Palestinian Resistance bought the thousand riyals donated by the daughters of the martyr, amounting to 100,000 riyals, and then offered it for sale in a public auction on Sam FM radio in order to support the Palestinian resistance.
