BEIRUT November 18. 2023 (Saba) - The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon (Hezbollah) announced, at dawn on Saturday, that its fighters shot down a multi-mission Zionist drone with a missile.
The resistance said in a statement, according to Al-Mayadeen: Its mujahideen shot down, with a “surface-to-air missile,” a Zionist Hermes 450 drone at 1:45 a.m. on Saturday, 11/18/2023, which is a multi-mission combat aircraft.
The statement indicated that "the wreckage of the Zionist plane was seen falling over the Galilee Finger area."
The statement pointed out that the operation to shoot down the plane came in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their brave and honorable resistance.
Yesterday, Friday, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon carried out 13 operations against the Zionist enemy forces within 24 hours, targeting Zionist sites, vehicles, and several gatherings on the border strip with occupied Palestine.
