MOSCOW November 12. 2023 (Saba) - The Russian Defense Ministry announced on Sunday that its forces had destroyed four artillery crews of Ukrainian forces and eliminated 50 Ukrainian military personnel on the Kubyansk axis.
The Russian "Sputnik" news agency quoted the head of the press center of the Russian "West" group of forces, Sergei Zybinsky, as saying: "During an artillery battle, soldiers of the "West" group of forces destroyed a Polish 155 mm self-propelled artillery of the "Krab" type, and a cannon from... 122 mm 2S1 Govzdika, a D-30 howitzer, and four artillery crews in the areas of Bishany, Petropavlovka, Stepova Novoselovka and Kislovka.
He added, "The enemy's losses amounted to about 50 soldiers, a Bradley infantry fighting vehicle, an M113 armored personnel carrier, and three drones."
According to him, the crews of tactical operational aircraft launched missile and bomb attacks on a temporary deployment point of the 14th mechanized brigade in the Petropavlovka area.
Crews of heavy flamethrower systems also struck concentrations of manpower of the 32nd Mechanized Brigade in the Zagoroikovki area, according to Zibinsky.
He also noted that during the hostilities on the Kubyansk axis, the assembly units repelled counterattacks carried out by assault groups of the enemy's 54th and 67th mechanized brigades in the areas of the towns of Senkovka and Zagoroikovka.
