SANA'A September 25. 2023 (Saba) - President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat briefed on Monday on the arrangements in al-Sabeen Square in the capital, Sana’a, which will host the central event on the occasion of the Prophet’s birthday next Wednesday.
He heard from the square official Ali al-Saqqaf and the preparatory committee for the event, to an explanation about the arrangements for receiving the mass crowds to commemorate the birth of the Noble Prophet. .
President al-Mashat praised the efforts made to prepare the arena to receive the guests of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him and his family, noting the efforts of the preparatory and organizational committee and those in charge of the arena in preparing and arranging the central event to celebrate this occasion in a manner befitting the status of the final Prophet.
He expressed his pride in celebrating this solemn religious occasion, which reflects the efforts of the organising, preparatory and security committees.
Al-Mashat called on the great Yemeni people to attend the honorable and solemn attendance at the central event squares to participate in commemorating the Prophet’s birthday to renew the covenant and loyalty to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him and his family, and to strengthen the close connection with the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers and his fragrant biography.
He said "I call on the masses of our people to live up to the hopes of Mr. Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi in his invitation to the honorable attendance of this celebratory event next Wednesday in all squares in the various provinces of the Republic."
