MOSCOW September 14. 2023 (Saba) - The Russian Ministry of Defense said it destroyed five Ukrainian drone boats on Thursday morning that attempted to attack the ship "Sergei Kotov" of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.

According to the "Russia Today" news website, a Russian defense statement said that Ukrainian forces attempted to carry out an attack with five drone boats to target the "Sergei Kotov" ship, and the attack was repelled and all the boats were destroyed.

The Russian Defense Ministry announced that the Black Sea Fleet’s naval aviation destroyed three Ukrainian naval boats in the Black Sea.

Russia and Ukraine have been engaged in fierce confrontations since February 2022, and all international and regional efforts have not succeeded in ending them so far.
