PARIS June 22. 2023 (Saba) - A large fire has broken out in a building in the central French capital of Paris, partially collapsing the building in a gas explosion.

The French Press Agency reported that the firefighting teams are continuing their efforts to contain a large fire in a building, part of which collapsed, in the fifth arrondissement, and it is likely that the source of the fire was a gas explosion.

According to the Paris police prefecture, at least 16 people were injured, seven of them in critical condition.

The prosecution said "There is nothing to determine the source of the disaster" at this stage.. while French media reported that the fire was due to a gas explosion.
