MOSCOW March 06. 2023 (Saba) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said today, Monday, that his country seeks to strengthen relations with the countries of the Islamic world, and this step is considered one of the most important foreign political steps and priorities for Russia.
Sergei Lavrov added, during a speech at the meeting of the Russian and Islamic World Strategic Vision Group, that Moscow is working to establish and establish good and sincere relations between Russia and Islamic countries, as we seek a list of mutual respect with the countries of the Islamic world.
The Russian Foreign Minister added, during his speech at the conference, that we seek to strengthen relations with "friends from Islamic countries," but we support the formation of a multipolar world order, to be more just and democratic, as based on the principles of the United Nations Charter.
Lavrov noted, according to the "Russia Today" news website, that his country rejects the extreme liberal values that the collective West imposes forcefully.
