SANA'A February 01. 2023 (Saba) -His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, visited today, Wednesday,the tomb of the martyr President Saleh Al-Sammad and his companions in Al-Sabeen Square in the capital, Sana'a.
During the visit, President Al-Mashat read Al-Fatiha on the spirit of the martyr president and his companions and all the martyrs of the homeland, who sacrificed their lives and wrote the most wonderful heroic epics in the face of the aggression coalition.
President Al-Mashat was briefed on the preparations and arrangements for the commemoration of the fifth anniversary of the martyrdom of President Al-Samad.
He stressed the importance of commemorating this memory in a way that befits the great sacrifices made by the martyr President Al-Samad for the sake of the honor and elevation of the country, its sovereignty and independence.
He was accompanied during the visit by Fadl Saleh Al-Sammad, the Secretary General of the Municipality of the Capital Municipality, Amin Jamaan, the Undersecretary of the Municipality of the Capital for the Works Sector, Eng. Abdul Karim Al-Houthi, and the Security Secretary to the President of the Republic, Brigadier General Amin Ezz El-Din.
