SANA'A, Sep. 08 (Saba) - The Criminal Court in the capital Sana'a has started,in its first session, to try the accused in the kidnapping and killing of Judge Mohammed Human.
In the session, which was held under the chairmanship of the head of the court Judge Yahya al-Mansour, the accused faced the charges against them in the indictment.
The Public Prosecution reviewed the list of evidence that the accused must be punished with the penalties prescribed by law and Islamic Sharia and the confiscation of the seizures related to the case.
The court decided to obligate the prosecution to follow up the procedures for arresting the accused who are fleeing from justice, wherever they are as well as assigning the prosecution to announce the blood guardians to attend the next session scheduled for next Saturday, Sep. 10.
