SANA'A, Aug. 16 (Saba) - The Land Transport Regulatory Authority condemned on Saturday the bombing of a mass transit bus on the international road linking Hadhramout and Shabwa provinces by the UAE aggression.

In a statement, the authority said the mass transport bus was bombed by the UAE air force on Monday evening while a group of buses were passing on the international road between Hadhramaut and Shabwa.

The statement confirmed that the aggression raid led to the death of a yemeni bus driver and his egyptian. A girl were seriously injured.

He pointed out that the aggression deliberately and directly killed innocent civilians in cold blood in various provinces without exception, noting that the attack on civilians is a clear violation of the humanitarian truce.

The statement called on the international community, led by the United Nations, the sponsor of the humanitarian truce in Yemen, to assume its responsibility towards the terrorism, massacres and killing of innocent civilians, in light of a truce that is supposed to have been established in order to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.

The authority stressed that what citizens were subjected to would not go unnoticed if the United Nations did not act on this crime.
