SANA'A, July 05 (Saba) - Parliament speaker Yahya al-Rai' sent a congratulatory cable to speaker of the Venezuelan Parliament Jorge Rodriguez.

In the cable, al-Rai' expressed his congratulations to Rodríguez on the occasion of his country's National Day.
