PROVINCES, May 18 (Saba) - The forces of aggression and their mercenaries committed 117 violations of the humanitarian and military truce during the past 24 hours, a military official said on Wednesday.
The official added the aggression's violations included 33 flights of armed and spying reconnaissance aircrafts in the airspace of Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Jawf, Sa'ada, Bayda provinces and the border fronts.
He confirmed that the mercenaries of the aggression established combat fortifications around the city of Marib.
The official said that 17 violations of artillery bombardment were recorded, as the mercenaries of the aggression targeted, with artillery, the sites of the army and popular committees in eastern Balaq district of Marib province, the district of Hiran and the western district of Haradh in Hajjah province.
The mercenaries of the aggression also targeted, with artillery, the sites of the army and popular committees in Wadi Jarah, al-Kanab, al-Amud and al-Batoul areas in Jizan, region and Maimana al-Bekaa in Najran region.
The official pointed out that 66 violations were recorded by shooting at citizens' houses and the sites of the army and popular committees in Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Sa'ada, Dhalea, Bayda, provinces and the border fronts.
