SANAA, Sept. 17 (Saba) – The ministry of Foreign Affairs and the United Nations, Humanitarian Coordinator in Yemen signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a medical air bridge to carry injured citizens through programmed United Nations flights for six Months which will begin 18/9/2018.
This came during a meeting of Minister of Foreign Hasham Sharf in the capital Sanaa with the manager of and the Resident Representative of the United Nations, Humanitarian Coordinator in Yemen Liza Grande on Saturday.
The minister said this is the first step to carry ill citizens outsid Yemen who the aggression did not allow them to traveled outside by Sanaa international airport.
He added the Sanaa airport should be opened because this bridge did not enough to carry all ill cases .
