The Palestinian Mujahedeen Movement condemned, at dawn on Monday, in the strongest terms the brutal assassination committed by the Zionist enemy against a number of journalists by targeting their tent at the entrance to Al-Shifa Medical Complex. The movement considered it a new war crime committed amid Arab inaction and international complicity.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Movement mourned "our Palestinian people and all the free people of the world for the group of martyred journalists who were killed in this cowardly attack. They sacrificed their lives in the cause of truth and made every effort to convey the voice of our people to the world and expose the crimes of the fascist enemy, despite the enemy's continuous threats."
The Movement said that the brutal assassination of journalists in front of the world's eyes paves the way for future major crimes that the Zionist enemy intends to commit in Gaza City by targeting media voices that expose the enemy's crimes with murder and assassination.
It condemned the international silence and inaction in the face of the ongoing brutal Zionist crimes, holding "the US administration and its President, Donald Trump, fully responsible for the Zionist enemy's persistence in its crimes against our people, particularly the targeting of journalists, media, medical, and civil society organizations."
It called on the international community and all international and media institutions to end their policy of inaction and silence in the face of the Nazi enemy's crimes, calling for real action to prosecute and punish the criminal Zionist entity. It also called on "the free people of the world to escalate their activities in support of our people until the crime of genocide and ethnic cleansing waged by the Zionist entity against our people, under American sponsorship and international silence, is halted."
