The Muscat Stock Exchange 30 Index closed on Thursday at 4,849.71 points, up 40.3 points, or 0.84 percent, compared to the last trading session's close of 4,809.44 points.
Trading value reached OMR 25,273,599, a 10.4 percent decrease compared to the last trading session's value of OMR 28,211,023.
The daily report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange indicated that market capitalization increased by 0.438 percent compared to the last trading day, reaching approximately OMR 29.40 billion.
The value of non-Omani purchases on the stock exchange amounted to 1,437,000 Omani riyals, representing 5.68 percent, while the value of non-Omani sales amounted to 581,000 Omani riyals, representing 2.30 percent, while net non-Omani investment increased by 856,000 Omani riyals, representing 3.39 percent.
