Gaza - Saba:

Civil society organizations in Gaza said that the Israeli enemy authorities continue to deliberately mislead international public opinion and are waging a public relations campaign by constantly promoting the idea that aid trucks are entering the Strip while famine in the Gaza Strip is worsening and at its worst since the beginning of the genocide.

The organizations added in a statement received on Wednesday by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the drivers of trucks allowed to enter the Strip are prohibited from crossing specific points, which are dangerous and classified as red zones. When starving civilians arrive, the shooting begins, with tanks, snipers, and self-guided machine guns, which were recently deployed near these areas.

The organizations emphasized that the Zionist enemy, through this mechanism, is refusing to allow trucks to reach the warehouses of international organizations for safe and fair distribution. It insists on continuing the starvation campaign, but using new methods, in a blatant attempt to evade international and global pressure.

They pointed out that dozens of newborn babies have died due to the lack of therapeutic milk and necessary nutritional supplements, and hundreds more are awaiting the same fate. They called for a full day to be allocated for the flow of this type of milk through the Gaza crossings. She stated that the flow of all types of goods and aid, at least 600 trucks a day, is the only way to end the famine spreading among more than two million citizens in the Gaza Strip.

She called on international institutions to take a clear role in halting the catastrophic situation caused by the enemy's manipulation and insistence on managing the starvation process using new methods and techniques that deepen the tragedy.

She called for a clear and explicit announcement to open the crossings and allow the flow of aid, goods, merchandise, medicine, and personal hygiene supplies. This is the only way to alleviate the dire crisis that is worsening by the day. Other solutions, such as airdrops, have no real value on the ground, given the famine reaching record levels.
