Ankara - Saba:
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said yesterday evening, Tuesday, that the terrorist state "Israel" has been criminally killing the Palestinian people for 22 months, committing genocide against them in the Gaza Strip.
This came during a press conference with his Kazakh counterpart, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, at the presidential complex in the capital, Ankara.
Erdoğan explained that the inhumane scenes coming out of Gaza are worse and more brutal than Nazi camps, noting that the Palestinian people are being killed by hunger and thirst before the eyes of the world.
He added, "The humanitarian situation in Gaza is catastrophic, with innocent children dying either from hunger or from bullets fired by the Israeli occupation forces."He added that Israel's use of hunger as a weapon against the Palestinians is the clearest evidence of its lack of any sense of humanity.
Erdogan called on all countries and peoples of conscience, especially Islamic countries, to raise their voices even more against Israeli barbarism.
"We will continue to do whatever is necessary in this regard, and God willing, we will witness the day when the perpetrators of genocide against the people of Gaza are held accountable before the law and history," he added.
