Sana'a – Saba:
A meeting held on Sunday in the Capital Secretariat, chaired by Sana'a Mayor Dr. Hamoud Abbad, discussed the preparations by the Cleaning and Environmental Sector for celebrating the anniversary of the Prophet’s Noble Birthday (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).
The meeting reviewed the tasks assigned to the Cleaning Sector, including mechanisms for carrying out cleaning and beautification works, removing random encroachments, and planting trees, along with plans for community awareness about the importance of participating in the occasion and showcasing expressions of joy and celebration for this great religious anniversary.
The Mayor emphasized the importance of presenting the capital, Sana'a, in a dignified and festive manner that reflects the grandeur of the occasion. He called for broad public engagement and active participation in the accompanying events and activities as an expression of love and loyalty to the Messenger of God, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).
Dr. Abbad stressed the necessity of removing encroachments and violations from streets and markets, regulating traffic, maintaining public cleanliness, enhancing the aesthetic and environmental appearance of the capital.
