Gaza - Saba:
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine condemned last night the Israeli enemy's piracy of the "Handala" ship, holding it fully responsible for the safety of the activists on board.
"We condemn the Israeli attack on the "Handala" ship, which was en route to the Gaza Strip as part of a flotilla trying to break the blockade. We consider its storming a new piracy crime that adds to the enemy's long record of attacks on international activists and freedom ships," the Front said in a press statement.
It added that the interception of the "Handala" ship constituted a new episode in the series of deliberate Israeli targeting of every humanitarian initiative seeking to convey Gaza's voice to the world and expose the Zionist genocide and ongoing war of starvation against more than two million besieged people, who are subjected to all forms of terrorism and criminality.
The Front saluted the ship's crew of activists, Guardians of Human Conscience, who conveyed Gaza's message loudest and succeeded in achieving a true moral and humanitarian victory, despite the enemy's objection. They affirmed to the world that the Zionists are the true losers, and that this piracy represents a new stain of shame that reveals and exposes the brutality of this entity and the complicity of the Western and international community.
The Front stated that the message of the "Handala" ship had been received, and that this heroic and courageous attempt, which approached the shores of Gaza, proved the success and impact of the ships that break the siege, which carry moral and humanitarian messages and express the living global conscience that rejects genocide, starvation, and siege.
The Popular Front called on the international community and its active forces to clearly condemn this crime, hold the enemy fully responsible for the safety of the activists, and take immediate action to protect incoming ships and intensify efforts to break the unjust blockade imposed on Gaza.
