The Mujahedeen Movement condemned, at dawn on Sunday, the barbaric attack carried out by the Zionist enemy forces against the "Handala" ship in international waters, its confiscation, and the arrest of its crew.
In a press statement, the Mujahedeen Movement said that this attack constitutes international piracy and a flagrant violation of all international norms and laws, in full view of the world, with American approval.
It held the enemy "fully responsible for the lives of the ship's crew members, who were blatantly kidnapped, risking their lives in response to the free conscience, morals, and human values that the Zionists are arrogantly violating in besieged Gaza. It demanded their immediate release."
It added, "The Zionist attack on the Handala ship reveals the criminal and aggressive nature of the entity, which targets not only our people but also every free person with a living conscience in the world. It confirms that the entity is an enemy of humanity and a source of threat to the entire world."
It called on the international community to end its silence and impotence and assume its responsibilities towards the lives of the solidarity activists who have mobilized to support humanity, despite the inability of relevant organizations.
The Movement praised the courage of the organizers and participants in the Handala Ship, calling on "all free people of our nation and the world to continue organizing events and convoys that express the global conscience in support of and solidarity with our people in Gaza, who are subjected to the most heinous forms of siege, starvation, aggression, and terrorism."
