Occupied Quds – Saba:
Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Turmus Ayya, northeast of Ramallah, and Wadi al-Far’a, south of Tubas, on Saturday evening.
According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), local sources reported that Israeli soldiers entered Turmus Ayya and deployed in its streets.
No arrests or house raids were reported. The incursion followed an earlier settler attack on the outskirts of the town.
In a separate incident, Israeli forces raided the main street in Wadi al-Far’a, firing tear gas canisters, which caused a fire to break out in a nearby field before the military vehicles withdrew toward the Hamra military checkpoint.
Earlier on Saturday, Israeli forces set up a military checkpoint at the Iktaba roundabout, east of Tulkarm city, as their aggression against the city and the Tulkarm and Nur Shams refugee camps entered its 181st day.
WAFA reported that a military vehicle accompanied by infantry soldiers was stationed at the roundabout, where soldiers deliberately disrupted traffic, stopped and searched several vehicles, and checked passengers' IDs.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces continue to impose a suffocating siege on the Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, systematically destroying all aspects of life. In recent weeks, the camps have witnessed widespread demolition and arson attacks, affecting hundreds of residential buildings and commercial establishments, along with extensive destruction of infrastructure, preventing residents from returning.
In a related development, Israeli forces stormed several houses in the Jabal al-Nasr area surrounding Nur Shams camp, which has been under relentless attack for 168 consecutive days. Soldiers vandalized property, harassed residents, and forcibly displaced citizen Aws al-Aref at gunpoint.
The city and its surrounding areas continue to witness heavy Israeli military activity around the clock, with patrols roaming neighborhoods, obstructing the movement of residents and vehicles.
