Capitals – Saba:
European cities and capitals witnessed a growing wave of mass protests on Saturday, denouncing the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip and condemning the international silence over the humanitarian catastrophe affecting over two million Palestinians who have been under siege for nearly two years.

According to Quds Press, thousands of demonstrators took to the streets of Paris, waving Palestinian flags and holding signs calling for an end to the genocide being inflicted on the people of Gaza.

Protesters demanded a comprehensive political and economic boycott of the Israeli occupation and urged decisive steps to lift the blockade and allow the unrestricted entry of humanitarian aid.

In London, tens of thousands gathered in front of the British Parliament, calling for an immediate halt to the aggression and an end to arms sales and political support to Israel.

Demonstrators condemned what they described as the "British government’s complicity in the crimes of the occupation," demanding that Israeli officials be held accountable before international courts.

Meanwhile, protests in Berlin were met with heightened force from security forces, who broke up several gatherings and arrested a number of activists.

Demonstrations also spread to other European cities, including Milan and Rome in Italy, where protesters called for the suspension of bilateral relations with Israel and the imposition of sanctions on the occupation.

In Stockholm, demonstrators used symbolic and artistic displays to portray the daily suffering of civilians in Gaza, affirming that "the peoples of Europe will not remain silent in the face of ongoing crimes."

In Dutch cities such as Schiedam and Amsterdam, protesters raised banners demanding the reopening of closed crossings and the unimpeded delivery of aid to Gaza. They also called on their government to adopt a bolder stance toward Israel's ongoing violations.

Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli regime, with U.S. support, has been committing genocide in Gaza—through killing, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement—while ignoring international appeals and orders by the International Court of Justice to stop.
