Taiz - Saba:
The people of Taiz governorate today held 78 mass rallies under the slogan "We Will Not Tolerate the Genocide in Gaza and the Violation of the Nation and Its Sanctities," reaffirming their steadfast support for Gaza and rejecting the crimes of genocide and starvation against its people.
Protesters in the governorate’s central square and seven other squares in Al-Taiziyah district, including executive, local, military, security, and social leaders, renewed their pledge not to retreat from supporting their brothers in Gaza despite the betrayal of most Arab and Islamic regimes.
Seventeen rallies took place in Sharab Ar-Rawnah district, 16 in Maqbanah, and 13 in Mawiyah, with participants stressing the importance of broad mobilization at this critical stage amid escalating Zionist aggression against the children of Gaza and the Palestinian people.
They questioned, "If there is no Arab and Islamic action today to support Gaza, when will it come? Is there a more despicable enemy than the Zionist entity, which violates land and honor with its crimes against the Muslim people of Palestine?"
Meanwhile, six rallies were held in Hayfan district, five in Sharab As-Salam, four in Khadir, three in As-Salw, two in Jabal Habashi, and five each in Sala, Sabir Al-Mawadim, Al-Masrakh, Same’, and Al-Mawasit—with the participation of Shura Council members, deputy governors, executive office directors, district officials, social figures, and military and security leaders.
Participants sent a warning message to those who hesitate or discourage support for Palestine, emphasizing their readiness to carry out any directives from the revolutionary leader and praising the Yemeni Armed Forces’ operations in support of the Palestinian people.
A statement issued by the rallies affirmed that the people of Taiz took to the streets in response to God’s call, seeking His pleasure and standing against the oppressors—America and Israel—who commit the worst crimes of murder and starvation against the Palestinian people in full view of the world.
It added, "Our hearts ache for our beloved people in Gaza, subjected to systematic killing and starvation while the world watches. The distance imposed by submissive regimes pains us, preventing us from aiding them directly."
The statement condemned U.S. and Zionist leaders for their genocidal crimes, using starvation as a weapon against Palestinians—a historic crime that exposes the hypocrisy of human rights claims. It also held silent and complicit Arab regimes responsible for enabling the enemy’s atrocities.
The rallies expressed pride in Sayyed Abdulmalik Badreddin Al-Houthi’s announcement of exploring further options against the Zionist enemy and reaffirmed Yemen’s readiness to bear any consequences in confronting the aggression and alleviating Gaza’s suffering.
The statement reiterated Yemen’s unwavering official and popular stance in supporting Gaza and Palestine as a matter of faith, expressing confidence in the ultimate victory of this righteous path.
