Sana'a – Saba:
Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahwi sent a message of condolence and sympathy on the death of Member of Parliament Sheikh Zaid Mohammed Abu Ali, who passed away after a life dedicated to serving the nation.
In his message, addressed to the deceased's brother, Sheikh Mohammed Mohammed Abu Ali, his sons Osama, Hamdan, Mohammed, and Murad, and the entire Abu Ali family, the Prime Minister praised the late MP’s virtues, his patriotic stances, and his wise approach to various national and social issues throughout his life until his passing.
He highlighted the deceased’s significant contributions at both the national and parliamentary levels, as well as his steadfastness during the years of aggression and siege, always prioritizing the nation’s interests above personal gains. The Prime Minister emphasized that with the passing of Sheikh Zaid Abu Ali, Yemen—and particularly Al-Mahwit—has lost a distinguished national, parliamentary, and social figure.
Al-Rahwi expressed his deepest condolences to the brother, children, and family of the deceased, as well as to the people of Al-Mahwit Governorate, praying to the Almighty to bestow His vast mercy, forgiveness, and grace upon the departed and to grant his family, loved ones, colleagues, and admirers patience and solace.
"Indeed, we belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return."
