Sana'a - Saba:
A meeting in Shu'ub District of the Capital Secretariat, chaired by the head of the Social Affairs Committee, Hamoud Al-Naqeeb, discussed on Monday the performance of the local council and executive offices in the district.

The evaluation committee team, in the presence of the head of the Secretariat’s Planning Committee, Sharaf Al-Hadi, and the directors of community initiative projects—Engineer Ahmed Al-Mashreqi (Projects), Abdulhalim Al-Sukari (Follow-up and Evaluation), and Yaseen Al-Azazi (Financial Resources)—listened to an explanation from the Secretary-General of the Local Council in the district, Mohammed Al-Hadhrami, regarding the implementation of tasks, operations, and the challenges facing the executive offices.

The meeting addressed aspects of service delivery to citizens, the performance and completion levels of the executive offices' tasks across various fields, the implementation of service projects , community initiatives, and the needs of the executive offices to carry out their duties effectively.

The meeting emphasized the importance of enhancing the role of local authorities in implementing service projects, urging doubled efforts to improve service , developmental performance and develop work mechanisms.

Al-Naqeeb stressed the need for concerted efforts and coordination among relevant entities at the district and Capital Secretariat levels regarding the implementation of service and development projects.

He called on the leadership and staff of the executive offices to uphold their responsibilities in performing various tasks and operations, as well as to contribute to raising awareness , countering the schemes of enemies and their tools.
