California - Saba:

Human rights and humanitarian organizations in the city of San Pedro, California, organized a new protest as part of a series of weekly events demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.

According to the Palestinian News Agency "WAFA", the demonstration was attended by CODEPINK San Pedro, San Pedro Neighbors for Peace, and FreePress. Dozens gathered in front of the South Bay Galleria mall, raising the slogan: "No return to normal until a ceasefire is declared."

The event comes as part of an ongoing campaign in solidarity with the Palestinian people, calling on the U.S. administration to end military support to "Israel" and denouncing what organizers described as "international silence toward the daily massacres in Gaza."

Speakers affirmed that "protests will continue weekly until an immediate end to the war is achieved and those responsible for violations against civilians are held accountable."
