Israeli enemy kills 73 Palestinians, including children, doctor, in Gaza on Sunday

Gaza – Saba:

Seventy-three Palestinians, including children and a doctor, were martyred and 10 others were injured as they waited for water, as a result of sporadic Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip since dawn on Sunday, according to medical sources and eyewitnesses.

This comes as part of the genocide that the Israeli enemy army has been perpetrating against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip for the 22nd month.

Municipalities in central and southern Gaza have announced the suspension of essential services due to the complete interruption of fuel supplies needed to operate water wells, sewage plants, and waste collection vehicles.

According to sources, Israeli enemy army attacks across the Gaza Strip since dawn today included tents housing displaced people, civilian homes, and civilian gatherings.

Earlier, the Israeli army killed five Palestinians and injured 25 others in an airstrike that targeted tents housing displaced people north of Gaza City and west of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Prior to that, 45 Palestinians were killed in Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip since Sunday morning.

In the latest attacks, two Palestinians, one of them a woman, were killed, and others were wounded, in two separate Israeli airstrikes targeting civilians in Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, who had arrived at the Baptist Hospital, according to medical sources.

Two Palestinians who arrived at the Baptist Hospital were killed when a drone targeted a group of civilians near Sanafour intersection in Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City, according to the sources.

Two Palestinians were also killed and more than 15 others were wounded in an Israeli airstrike targeting civilians on Al-Nafaq Street, a busy pedestrian and commercial area in the Al-Daraj neighborhood of Gaza City.

Also in Gaza City, the Israeli army bombed a civilian gathering, killing 11 Palestinians, including a child and a doctor, and wounding more than 50 others.

In the Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City, six Palestinians were killed and others were wounded when Israeli warplanes bombed a house.

Two Palestinians were also killed in an Israeli drone strike that targeted an apartment building in the al-Sabra neighborhood, south of the city.

Nine Palestinians from the al-Arbid family were killed and others were injured in an Israeli airstrike that targeted their home in the al-Sawariha area, west of al-Nuseirat refugee camp.

In the same camp, the death toll from the bombing of a water filling station rose to 10 Palestinians, including six children. Sixteen others were injured while queuing for water.

Later, five Palestinians were killed and several others were injured in a drone strike targeting a group of citizens north of the town of al-Zawaida in the central Gaza Strip, according to local and medical sources.

Three Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a tent housing displaced persons in the al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Yunis.

A Palestinian girl was also killed and five others were injured in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a tent housing displaced persons in Khan Yunis.

Later, seven Palestinians, including three children, were killed in two attacks on displaced people's tents in al-Qadisiya and Al-Majayda areas of Khan Yunis.

Five Palestinians from one family (a father, mother, and three children) were also killed when their tent was targeted by an Israeli drone in the Al-Qarar area, northwest of Khan Yunis, according to medical sources.

In Rafah, the Israeli enemy killed three Palestinians with live ammunition while they were waiting for aid west of Rafah.

Under the supervision of the United Nations and international organizations, Tel Aviv and Washington have been implementing a limited aid distribution plan since May 27. The Israeli army opens fire on Palestinians queuing to receive aid, forcing them to choose between starvation or being shot.

As of Sunday, the Ministry of Health in Gaza stated that the number of Palestinians killed while attempting to obtain American-Israeli aid near distribution centers since May 27 has reached approximately 833, with more than 5,432 wounded.

The Israeli enemy, with absolute American support, has been committing genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving more than 196,000 Palestinians killed and wounded, most of them children and women, according to agencies.
