Bayda - Saba:
A meeting chaired by Governor Abdullah Idris in Al-Bayda province discussed on Sunday the projects plan for the new year 1447 AH.

The meeting, which included directors of relevant offices, reviewed the progress of projects from the previous year (1446 AH) and the outcomes of the evaluation and analysis of the governorate’s projects plan. This assessment was based on priority developmental and service projects, as well as technical and financial frameworks at the level of main and sub-sectors.

Additionally, the meeting examined a report by Planning Sector official Mohammed Al-Maqbali on the executive plan matrix for the new year across various sectors. These include agricultural fields, community initiatives, roads, social and institutional development, and other diverse projects, totaling 52 projects at a cost of 1 billion and 550 million Yemeni riyals, alongside the completion of last year’s plans and projects.

Governor Abdullah Idris stressed the importance of concerted efforts to complete approved projects and prepare for the implementation of new projects in accordance with specified standards and legal procedures. This aims to enhance transparency and efficiency in execution.

He directed concerned officials in the Public Works Office and the Executive Unit to expedite the completion of approved projects within the set timeline. He also emphasized the importance of ensuring project success and translating the tasks assigned to the local authority into effective implementation, oversight, and evaluation across various districts.
