Ramallah - Saba:
Senior Hamas official Mahmoud Mardawi on Saturday called for intensifying popular and field resistance against Israeli settlers and for activating popular protection committees in all targeted villages and towns.
In a press statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), Mardawi said: "The repeated crimes committed by settlers against our people in the occupied West Bank, under the direct protection and cover of the occupation forces, reveal the true face of this criminal entity, which knows only killing and destruction."
He urged the Palestinian people to unite and show solidarity, strengthen the spirit of defiance and resistance, and ensure mutual support between regions to repel any attack and thwart the enemy’s larger plan of annexation and displacement.
Mardawi also criticized the continued absence and shameful silence of the Palestinian Authority, accusing it of complicity through security coordination, which he said serves only the enemy and its settler militias.
He emphasized that what is urgently needed is a unified national stance based on comprehensive resistance to deter aggression and put an end to the occupation’s and settlers’ dominance over Palestinian land and people.
