Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova stated in an interview with Novosti Agency that both the Russian and Ukrainian sides are planning to soon exchange a new batch of parcels for prisoners of the conflict from their families.
In response to a question about whether there are plans to send parcels to Russian prisoners, Moskalkova said: “We are planning to send them. We are currently negotiating the contents of these parcels, the list of essential items they will include, and we are collecting letters from our citizens to their imprisoned relatives.”
She emphasized that the parcel exchange will take place from both sides.
Earlier, Moskalkova also stressed the need for the unconditional return of residents from the Kursk region who were forcibly transferred by Ukrainian forces to the Sumy region.
