Several explosions were heard in the Khmelnytskyi region in western Ukraine on Saturday evening, with no reports of injuries or material damage.
Ukrainian media reported the sounds of multiple explosions in the region, prompting a nationwide air raid alert across Ukraine.
Meanwhile, the “Voyennoye Delo” Telegram channel previously reported the destruction of a Patriot missile battery in Kyiv, resulting in explosions that caused significant losses to the capital’s air defenses.
Last night, Kyiv experienced a series of explosions, which local media later confirmed were part of intense attacks targeting “Zhuliany” Airport.
The “Russian Spring Correspondents” channel on Telegram said the airport was attacked by “a massive swarm of combat drones.”
These developments follow recent remarks by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky regarding Russian military strikes on targets within Ukraine.
