At dawn on Monday, Israeli occupation forces launched a massive arrest campaign across the West Bank, arresting 26 Palestinian citizens.
Israeli forces arrested 11 citizens from the Hebron Governorate after raiding their homes, searching them, and ransacking their contents, according to SAFA News Agency.
Local sources reported that the forces arrested Muhammad Murshid Salhab, Imam Ghaleb Rifaiyeh, Abdullah Mashhour al-Rajabi, and Muhammad Mahmoud Niroukh from the city of Hebron.
They added that the forces arrested Fayez Fawaz al-Khudur, Ahmad Ishaq al-Khudur, and Muhammad Munir al-Hajouj from the town of Bani Na'im in the east, the brothers Rashad and Ihab Ahmad Khamayseh from the town of Taffuh in the west, and Adham Bassam Shalash and Muhammad Fadi Rabhi Shalash from the town of Beit Awa, southwest of Hebron.
In this context, enemy forces severely beat and abused a number of detainees during raids on their homes and arrests.
Several military checkpoints were set up at the entrances to Hebron and its towns, villages, and refugee camps, and several main and secondary roads were closed with iron gates, concrete blocks, and earth mounds.
In Ramallah, enemy forces arrested 11 citizens during raids on several towns and villages in the governorate.
Local sources reported that the enemy arrested freed prisoner Baha Awad, Jamil Ali Abdul Karim, and his son Suhaib after raiding the village of Budrus, west Ramallah.
In the town of Birzeit, north of Ramallah, the enemy arrested Salama Muhammad Qatawi, a prisoner released in the recent exchange deal, along with his brothers Iyas, Uday, and Rias, as well as his son Muhammad.
From the village of Abu Qash, Ahmad Jamal Ahmad al-Masri and the child Eid Naim Qad (16 years old) were arrested, and from the town of Beitunia, to the west, Abdul Karim Muhammad Hamed Amoush was arrested.
In the same context, enemy forces stormed the village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, with infantry units, and the town of Ni'lin, to the west, without any arrests being reported.
In the Qalqilya Governorate, enemy forces arrested three young men: Hamza Shraim, Mahmoud Radwan, and Sajid Jibril, after raiding their homes and ransacking their contents.
They also raided the village of Far'ata, east of Qalqilya, and detained a number of young men, interrogating them on the spot before later releasing them.
In a related development, Israeli forces arrested a young man from the Popular Housing area east of Nablus, while also raiding Balata al-Balad and the Rafidia neighborhood, and conducting field investigations with a number of young men.
The forces also launched a raid on citizens' homes in the town of Sanur, southeast of Jenin, which lasted for more than 25 hours.
Local sources reported that the forces detained more than 20 citizens from the village of Sanur, raiding dozens of homes and destroying their contents before releasing most of them.
In Bethlehem, Israeli forces arrested Moaz Khader al-Harimi (28 years old) after raiding and searching his father's home on al-Saff Street in the city center.
