Nasser Al-Mahdar, Deputy Minister of Administration and Local Rural Development, inspected the level of work discipline at the ministry’s general office on the first working day after the Eid al-Adha holiday.
Accompanied by Undersecretary Nabil Al-Damashqi, Human Resources Director Jamal Al-Sabri, and Media and Relations Director Hafez Al-Akwa, Al-Mahdar toured the ministry’s sectors, general departments, and sub-departments. He was briefed on the adherence to work discipline among the leadership and staff.
Al-Mahdar praised the employees’ efforts to enhance performance levels within the ministry and its affiliated institutions. He emphasized the need to redouble efforts, particularly under exceptional circumstances that demand a heightened sense of religious and national responsibility.
He highlighted the pivotal role of the ministry’s staff in supporting local authorities to carry out their duties in achieving local and rural development across all administrative units, including provinces and districts.
Al-Mahdar noted that local development is a central goal and a priority for the Revolution Leader, the Supreme Political Council, the government of Change and Construction. This requires maximum efforts to achieve this objective through the collaboration , integration of official and community efforts at both central and local levels.
He stressed that the current phase demands mobilizing resources to advance local development, improve service delivery to citizens, and identify effective mechanisms to overcome existing obstacles and challenges.
