Dhamar governorate on Saturday hosted numerous cultural and rhetorical events across its districts to commemorate the Day of al-Wilayah of Imam Ali (peace be upon him).
Governor Mohammed al-Bukhaiti emphasized the anniversary's importance in affirming loyalty to Allah, His Messenger, Imam Ali, and the leaders of guidance, linking the nation's current weakness to deviation from Imam Ali's path.
Al-Bukhaiti asserted that those loyal to Imam Ali support Gaza, while his enemies face humiliation.
Deputy Information Minister Dr. Omar al-Bukhaiti stressed that belief in al-Wilayah signifies the perfection of religion and faith, calling for Imam Ali's biography to become a permanent educational path.
Attendees, including security officials and scholars, underscored the need to study Imam Ali's life as a model for justice and leadership, applying the principle of guardianship as a practical commitment.
They condemned Zionist aggression against Iran and the silence of Arab regimes on crimes in Palestine, urging continued support for Gaza.
Various district events, including a military parade, reinforced themes of steadfastness, national unity, and resistance to "tyranny" and normalization with America and Israel, attributing Yemen's recent victories to its adherence to this divine leadership.
