The Ukrainian newspaper "Strana" reported that a fire broke out at the military enlistment office building in the Novopavrsky district of Kharkiv, Ukraine.
The newspaper indicated on Wednesday that there were no airstrikes in the area.
No official statements have been issued on the matter so far.
For its part, the RBK-Ukraine channel reported that the fire was caused by lightning.
