Sana'a - Saba:
A training workshop on the integrated developmental work model, in accordance with the community revitalization guide under war and siege conditions, concluded on Tuesday in Sana'a.
The workshop saw the participation of 38 advisors from the Ministry of Administration and Local and Rural Development.
Held over three days, the workshop aimed to enhance developmental work concepts for the ministry’s leaders and personnel, transitioning from a routine work model to a comprehensive one that makes sustainable development a fundamental pillar of operations.
Najib Al-Sharjabi, the Director of Human Development at the ministry and the workshop’s trainer, explained that the session sought to equip participants with expertise and skills in modern management , development concepts and practices. It also introduced them to sustainable development principles, policies, and methods of developmental work.
He noted that the workshop included training and awareness materials on the role of local authorities in leading development, methods to strengthen the relationship between local authorities and cooperative associations to advance local and rural development, as well as an introduction to the concept of value chains and their connection to the development process.
