Taiz - Saba:
Ibrahim al-Mansour, Head of the General Authority for Lands, Survey, and Urban Planning, Wednesday reviewed the progress of work at the Authority's branch in Taiz province.
Al-Mansour discussed with the Authority's branch director, Adel Mahyoub, engineers, and administrators the branch's technical and administrative activities and its efforts to implement the urban planning and settlements project.
The meeting addressed the issues related to the expansion of informal construction in some areas and solutions to address them in coordination and cooperation with the local authorities.
The Authority's head emphasized the importance of redoubling efforts in urban planning, noting that Taiz will be a pioneer in urban planning.
The Authority's branch director reviewed the branch's achievements in preserving state lands in cooperation with the province's Court of Appeal.
