Israeli occupation forces arrested a Palestinian journalist on Wednesday as she passed through a military checkpoint south of Nablus.
Security sources told the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) that Israeli soldiers stationed at Awarta military checkpoint south of the city arrested journalist Hanin Qawariq after stopping the vehicle she was traveling in.
In another context, Israeli occupation forces demolished a residential room in the town of Silwan, south of al-Aqsa Mosque, on Wednesday.
Local sources reported that Israeli occupation forces stormed the Wadi Yasul neighborhood in the town and demolished a residential room belonging to Hani al-Ja'bari.
The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission documented 17 demolition operations carried out by Israeli occupation authorities in the Jerusalem Governorate over the past month.
