Al-Quds Brigades - Jenin Battalion, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, announced Wednesday the detonation of an IED in an Israeli military vehicle in the town of Yamoun, west of Jenin.
The Brigades said in a military statement: "Our fighters in the Yamoun Battalion were able to detonate a pre-prepared guided explosive device in a military vehicle," stressing that its fighters continue to confront the enemy forces storming the town on several fronts, according to the requirements and circumstances on the ground.
For more than 100 days, the Israeli occupation army has continued its aggression against areas in the northern West Bank, especially the city of Jenin.
The city has witnessed bulldozing, demolishing, and destroying all its facilities and homes, in addition to the Zionist oppression machine's rampage through the blood and arrest of its residents, amidst Arab and international silence on the enemy's crimes in the West Bank and Gaza. The resistance has responded with its own weapons and tools.
