Al-Tasheh Organization condemns targeting of Migrant Shelter, calls for investigation into US aggression crimes

Sana'a – Saba:
The Popular Nasserist Al-Tasheh Organization strongly condemned the crime committed by US aggression in targeting a shelter for African migrants in Sa'ada province.

In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the organization affirmed that the attack on the shelter, which operates under the supervision of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM), constitutes a full-fledged war crime.

The statement noted that this crime is part of a series of US violations and atrocities against civilians in Yemen, extending beyond the targeting civilian sites to include migrants in a facility recognized by international organizations. This, the organization said, exposes the extent of the US disregard for international laws and conventions.

Al-Tasheh called on international and local humanitarian organizations to condemn this heinous crime, visit the site to document the incident, and expose the perpetrators before the international community. It also demanded an independent international investigation into the massacre and accountability for those responsible for crimes against civilians.

The organization emphasized that the Yemeni people will continue to resist all forms of aggression and stand in solidarity with Gaza and Palestine until the aggression and siege are lifted. It stressed that crimes against civilians and migrants will not be subject to a statute of limitations.
