Hodeida - Saba:

Hodeida first undersecretary and Chairman of the Summer Courses Subcommittee Ahmed al-Bishri on Monday conducted inspection visits to various summer course centers in Kamaran and Salif districts.

Accompanied by the directors of the two districts, Abdulqader Madani and Abdulrahim Shami, al-Bishri reviewed the operation of open and model schools. He received briefings on the implementation of summer programs focused on Holy Quran memorization and recitation, sports activities, and the level of student engagement and benefit from religious and cognitive studies.

Al-Bishri highlighted the positive impact of these schools in engaging students in purposeful activities during the summer break, aiming to cultivate a generation rooted in Quranic culture. He emphasized the importance of summer courses in instilling faith identity, developing knowledge and skills, and enhancing students' contributions.

Al-Bishri commended the dedication of the staff involved in the summer courses, recognizing them as key to the success of these initiatives in equipping students with valuable knowledge and a sound culture, preparing them for responsibility and raising awareness of national challenges and "enemy conspiracies" targeting youth.

Al-Bishri also inspected the progress of high school exams in Kamaran and Salif districts, observing the discipline at the centers and the students' engagement with the Islamic Studies test.

Al-Bishri praised the Ministry of Education's efforts in maintaining the educational process for over a decade despite ongoing challenges. He stressed the need for center officials and oversight committees to fully carry out their duties to ensure the success of this national mission.
