UNRWA: Palestinians in Gaza being bombed, starved again
[Sat, 19 Apr 2025 17:28:34 +0300]

Gaza – Saba:

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has said that Palestinians in Gaza are being besieged, bombed, and starved again due to Israel's closure of the Strip's crossings for the seventh consecutive week, preventing the entry of "humanitarian aid, medical and commercial supplies, food, child vaccines, and fuel into Gaza."

UNRWA added in a statement published on Saturday that Palestinians in Gaza are being besieged, bombed, and starved, while food, medicine, fuel, and temporary shelter supplies are piling up at the Strip's crossings.

It called for the "reopening of the crossings to allow the continued flow of aid," and called for a renewed ceasefire in the Strip.

The Palestinian people in Gaza are facing a new wave of hunger since the Zionist enemy closed the crossings, even though they have not recovered from the effects of the previous wave, which resulted from the enemy's policy of rationing the entry of food and relief aid into the Strip over the course of 19 months of genocide.
