Sana'a - Saba:

The Yemeni General Basketball Federation has approved changing the venue for the second phase of the Men's Second Division League for the 2024-2025 season, to Sana'a and Mukalla instead of Sana'a alone, in consideration of the public interest.

The second phase will be held in two groups in two pools instead of one pool. Thirteen teams will participate in the league, competing in the first phase between May 5 and 12, 2025, across various governorates. The second phase will be held between May 22 and 27, 2025. The champion of each group will advance to the First Division.

- Sana'a Group: Includes champions from the Capital Secretariat, Taiz, Ibb, Hodeidah, Al Mahwit, and Al Bayda.
- Mukalla Group: Includes champions from Hadramaut Coast, Hadramaut Valley, Aden, and Lahj.

In another circular, the Federation also urged participating clubs to quickly complete registration procedures before April 20.
