Speaker of the Parliament Yahya al-Ra'i on Thursday sent a congratulatory telegram to his counterpart, the Speaker of the House of Representatives in the Dominican Republic Alfredo Pacheco.

In the cable, al-Ra'i congratulated Pacheco on the occasion of the Dominican Republic's Independence Day.
