The Civil Service and Administrative Development Minister, Dr. Khalid Al Hawali, met on Monday with the Chairman of the Administrative Reform, Insurance and Human Development Committee of the Shura Council, Saleh Beynon, and members of the committee.
During the meeting, they discussed mechanisms to enhance coordination and cooperation between the Civil Service Ministry and the Shura Council.
The Civil Service Minister emphasized the importance of the role played by the Shura Council in supporting the efforts of the Ministry in particular and the government in general.
Al Hawali pointed out that the ministry is currently implementing 10 projects in the fields of simplifying procedures, developing services, training , qualification for state leaders and employees, e-transformation, institutional decision-making, performance evaluation, correcting imbalances and ending job duplication.
For his part, the head of the Shura Council's Administrative Reform, Insurance and Human Development Committee praised the ministry's achievements during the past period. He emphasized the committee's keenness to cooperate with the ministry in various aspects related to administrative reform.
